Free flue vaccine for students

Free vaccine for students in Carroll County Maryland

A Walk-In Clinic offering free flu vaccine for students will be held at the Carroll County Health Department on Tuesday, January 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. The vaccine also will be available for adults for $20. The Health Department is located at 290 South Center Street in Westminster.

The Board of Education met to decide whether certain public schools would be closed, but decided that the selection criteria was not developed enough to be used.  There have been rumors that Liberty High School would be among those shut down.
